2 Years in the Making…

Welcome…to a project that I have been working on for the last two years.  I have truly enjoyed designing this magnificent home here in Dallas…hope you enjoy!

The client requested the entire first floor to be in marble…that wasn’t in the budget so we compromised.  So we did a solid stone on the stairs and porcelain tile placed end to end…resolute…in a 24″ x 24″ on the floor.

3D tile on ceiling in dining with a drop of 6 inches on all sides finished off with trim molding.  Very cool treatment for ceiling and walls.

All millwork has a clean transitional feel.

Though this doesn’t really show the beauty of this powder room…I designed the backsplash to follow the entire back wall…under the cabinet…then spilling out onto the floor creating a “rug pattern” just in front of the sink.

Believe or not…the home is still in construction phrase pendants for the island have not arrived yet.  Though this is just a glimpse of a few area’s in this spectacular home’s hardscapes.  I will do a post in the future of the completed project with furniture.

Guest/Pool bath with a custom designed back splash starting out with trim tile that we used in shower. Then added the basket weave tile with tone on tone grout.  Finishing it off with more (shower) tile as a trim bar…thus creating our own tile story.

Thanks for taking a look…this has truly been a project of LOVE and has been a pure pleasure working side by side with an awesome client Dr.Uzma Mehdi. Stay tuned for more pictures in the future!
